The Science of the Mind is a comprehensive education :) and training programme :) compiled by me :) a clinical psychologist :) to share my understanding :) care :) and generosity :) with you all :) to inform you about psychology :) i.e. about the power of your mind :) I have made a huge amount of training resources :) for you to learn from :) and study and train with on a daily basis :) including all of the written information on this blog :) and a lot more :)
I will now explain all these training resources :) and how I’ve designed them :) for you to use :) below :)
I’ve done this blog in a way so you can read one blog post each day :) to give you a boost of inspiration :) to give you good things to reflect upon :) good things to talk about :) and good stuff to do :) and work on :) each day :)
If you use it as I’ve designed it :) and read one blog post each day :) ideally when you wake up each morning :) beginning with the Home page :) and then the About page :) and then moving through from the first blog posts through to the most recent blog posts :) you should have enough reading material to last you for months :) of gentle :) and gradual :) training :) in peacefulness :) relaxation :) and happiness :)
I wrote a book :) called ‘The Science :) of :) The Mind :)’ :) to help you understand what this training is all about :) and how to go about the training :) Please read it too :) It is freely available here :)
