by david on Sunday 23rd February 2020One of our number one goals in life :) I feel :) should be to relax :) because it’s good for stress :) it’s good for health :) it’s good for happiness :) So we should try to make it a habit :) as much as possible :) all day :) and especially set aside some time to really try and learn how to deepen our relaxation :)
So I’m dedicating this blog post just to giving you guidance on how to relax :) Here goes :)…
Lower your expectations :) on what life can give you :) on what it’ll take to make you happy :) on yourself :) on others :) on the world :) on life :) on everything :)
Relax :) and be happy with things the way they are :) Tell yourself to relax :) whenever you can :)
Do more of what you love :)
Love more of what you do :)
Because love is relaxing :) and having low expectations is relaxing :)
Just do what you can :) and be happy with it :) Because relaxation :) is happiness :) And happiness :) is relaxing :)
