Happiness Is Most Important :)
by david on Wednesday 19th February 2020In life, there’s always things going wrong… whether we lose someone or something… or we or someone else makes a mistake… or we or someone or something else we love gets hurt…
There are many pains we suffer in life. So how can we be happy in the midst of all these slings and arrows that life in our world throws at us? Sometimes it’s not easy, but I’ve found a way of training that builds up our happiness :) and I’m trying to share it with us all :) to help everyone upgrade :) the power of their minds :)
The first step is to expect imperfections. Life will never be perfect. We will never be perfect. Other people will never be perfect. But we can learn to get a perfect attitude :) towards all these imperfect things :) and most importantly :) towards ourselves :) and life itself :) with all its challenges, including sometimes terribly painful experiences… by training :) and building up our emotional fitness :) the fitness of our attitude :) We should expect our fair share of things going wrong, and bad stuff happening, virtually on a daily basis, because this bad stuff is a part of life too, along with the good :) We’ve got to learn to ‘take the bad with the good’ :) as one of my best friends was telling me yesterday :) if we’re ever going to really build up our happiness :) Otherwise we’ll let the bad stuff drag down our happiness. We need to learn to take the bad stuff for granted :) forget about it :)
The next step is to realise that happiness is a choice :) In any moment :) there’s always so many options :) of how we can react :) to whatever’s going on :) in the uniqueness of each present moment :) We could get angry… we could get upset… we could grieve for what we’ve lost… we could keep thinking over and over again about the traumas we’ve suffered… we could live in fear because we’re always waiting for the next thing that’s going to wrong… we could be sad, jealous, feel rejected, hurt, pained… we could be disappointed because we think it should be better than what it is… the negative emotional patterns we can get into as bad habits that create bad feelings and unhappiness for us and others are virtually endless… I keep drawing people’s attention to the fact the fifth most common regret of people on their deathbeds is that it was only in the last moments of their lives that they realised happiness is a choice, and only then wish they’d had this understanding earlier, and allowed themselves to be happier in their lives, in their days.
If we’re going to be smart :) and get wise :) we need to learn from our elders’s wisdom :) and choose happiness :) before it’s too late and we’re caught in the all too common experience of regrets.
The final step in this simple 3 step formula I’m sharing with you today :) to increase our personal happiness :) (I say ‘our’ :) because your personal happiness :) is a shared investment :) I say it like this because many other people also :) as well as you :) yourself :) will gain a benefit :) from your improved mood :) energy :) and general functionality :) if you follow my suggestions) :) is to prioritise happiness :) When we realise happiness is the most important emotion :) out of all of our :) and other peoples’ :) emotional lives :) we will naturally prioritise it :) We will make it number 1 :) in our emotional world :) Our mind will incline towards happiness :) towards other happy people :) as well as the happiness :) and potential for happiness :) within ourselves :) When our mind gets really interested :) and involved :) in happiness :) we organically get a better :) more positive attitude :) because our mind just gets more :) and more :) absorbed :) into happiness :)
When something’s important to us :) we dedicate more mind space :) more time :) more effort :) and more energy :) into whatever it is :) So please try to understand :) and really learn :) and train :) yourself in what I’m sharing with you here :) because when you realise happiness is not only more important than any other emotion :) and almost any other thing in life :) but also that ‘Happiness Is Most Important’ :) you’ll organically spend more time trying to learn more about how to think the good thoughts :) speak the good words :) and do the good things :) that will create more happiness :) for you and more abundance :) more and more emotional wealth for you over time :) and you’ll more and more naturally just deprioritise and forget about any bad things, like abuse, trauma or any sort of disappointment or negativity, because your mind will just be disinclined towards it, uninvolved, uninterested. So your mind won’t keep bringing up and getting into that bad stuff :)
In short :) here’s the simple 3 step process to investing in :) and growing :) happiness :)
- Expect Imperfections :) and Take Them For Granted :) Overlook Them :) Forgive :) Forget :) whenever you possibly can :)
- Choose Happiness :) Reflect Upon :) and Understand :) What You’re Habitually Choosing :) In your Days :) and Life :) and Allow Yourself To Be Happy :) whenever you possibly can :)
- Make Happiness Most Important :) Understand Correctly That Your Life Is For Happiness :) Prioritise Happiness :) Make It Number 1 :) Incline Towards Happiness :) Get Really Interested In Happiness :) Involve Yourself In Happiness :) Absorb Yourself In Happiness :) whenever you possibly can :)
In fact :) that 3 step process is just too good to leave on the screen here :) So if you can :) If you’re really clever :) I encourage you :) to follow through and make it a poster and stick it up in big black writing on an a4 or a3 sheet on your bedside wall :) right next to your Science of the Mind poster :) (from the beginning of the training programme :) I think it’s on blog post 3 or around there) :)
Understand life is never going to be perfect :) and it doesn’t need to be :) for us to get happier :) and become a ‘most happy’ person :) We just need to educate ourselves :) and thoroughly understand :) the science I’m trying to share with us all here :) To be able to do this :) we need to train ourselves on a daily basis :) in the investments that, when they come to maturity, will bring the greatest happinesses of all :) namely :) the three pillars of this science :) understanding :) care :) and generosity :) whenever we possibly can :)
Just do what you can :) and don’t expect more from yourself :) than what you’re able to do :) You should be happy :) with whatever good stuff you do :) during this training :) and forget about anything good you couldn’t quite manage to do :) as well as forget about any bad stuff :)
Please always remember :) and tell yourself :) You’re always allowed to be happy :) You’re always allowed happiness :) and always allow yourself to be happy :) always allow yourself happiness :) as much as you possibly can :) There’s no pressure :) just be kind :) and forgiving :) because you deserve it :) and everyone else does too :) Proactively choose happiness :) Dedicate your time :) and your life :) to it :) and you will become a wealthy person :) in happiness :) and prosperity :) in all the things that really matter :) in your mind :) and heart :) and you’ll master :) the science :) of just letting any bad stuff just slide right off you :) slide right past you :) like water off a duck’s back :) along the way on you journey to happiness too :) Always try to remember what’s most important :) it’ll make it so much easier :) and more effective :) for you to do very well in your life :)
